What does this data set describe?

Title: Current 100-Year Flood Zones - (AE Floodways only) - DFIRM
Abstract:
This dataset is an extract from the fzcur dataset containing only current flood zone polygons that are Zone AE (floodway) polygons and is a result of a flood insurance restudy of Clark County, Nevada commissioned by FEMA and completed in September, 2002. This dataset
Supplemental_Information:
This dataset is modified with the issuance of Letters of Map Revision from FEMA. Polygons are extracted from the fzcur dataset.
