Frequently-anticipated questions:

What does this data set describe?

Title: 500-Year Flood Zones - DFIRM
Abstract:
This polygon dataset represents 500-year flood zones as defined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This dataset was created as a result of a flood insurance restudy of Clark County, Nevada commissioned by FEMA and completed in September, 2002.
Supplemental_Information:
This dataset is modified by the issuance of Letters of Map Revision (LOMR) from FEMA. Polygons are either added or removed from 500-year flood zones.
  1. How should this data set be cited?
