Frequently-anticipated questions:

What does this data set describe?

Title: Flood Threat Recognition System Stations
Abstract:
This point dataset represents the location of monitoring stations which are part of the Regional Flood Control's Flood Threat Recognition System (FTRS). Each station is a rain gauge monitor but may also be a water level gauge or a meteorological monitor.
Supplemental_Information:
Point features are placed in the field using GPS which then are uploaded directly into the stations SDE layer using an ArcPad application.
